      Mr. Xueyong Li, manager of the company, is a specialist in design, construction and operation training of SOP project.       Advantages of JCT Manufacturing Technique of Potassium sulfate :




      The computer PLC (DCS) automation and control system in the production line of SOP developed by JCT has been used in the production line of Indonesia factory and  run well as early as 2002, which was the first automatic production line of SOP that putting into production. Now, the third-generation system for operation and control of the production line of SOP has been developed well, which is simple, powerful and stable. The newly-designed Mannheim stove made of advanced composite possesses many virtues, such as no HCL gas leakage from the SIC furnace roof, no acid liquid leak from the furnace bed , components have long service life and the stove can make the production of SOP simple and accuracy by automatic control system etc. Additionally, the notable effect was reached in high efficiency, saving energy and meeting standard of environmental protection by Mannheim stove reformation cooperating with new technology of the production line of preparing hydrochloric acid using gaseous HCl absorption. We possess the advanced technology above with our own intellectual property right.

      Practices prove that high-quality product, high-volume production, energy-saving, low-cost, as well as environmental-friendly, are all the characteristics of our production line of SOP.

      Cl- content of potassium sulfate is less than or equal to 0.5%. The fuel consumption can be reduced by 1/3 compared with plain single pass boiler. HCl (HCl≤25PPm) concentrations in exhaust gas were lower than control standards. PLC automation and control system saves the manpower cost and half  labor intensity can be reduced.

      Advantages of JCT Manufacturing Technique of Globular Potassium Sulfate:

      A kind of special globular potassium sulfate production process, a rolling method of granulation technique developed by our company, Disc rolling granulation, The globular potassium sulfate has the characteristics of slick and mellow appearance, high hardness, and not fragile with long-term storage. It derives from the powdery potassium sulfate without any additives, and its quality is fully equal to that of the powder.

      The globular potassium sulfate, which is suitable for large-area spreading and planes spraying, will not damage plant leaves compared with the potassium sulfate based on extruding granulation process, and will avoid loss of powder flew in spreading. In addition, it is not caking, not deliquescent in long-term storage, displays good sustained-release performance and so on.

      Usually to produce globular potassium sulfate with the diameter of 2-4mm, other sizes also can also be customized.

      1. Drying process is very quickly.

      5. The drying process can achieve zero-emission basically. This method has quick drying, non-pollution and low energy consumption.

      6. Flakes, particles, powders etc. can also be achieved.

      Advantages of JCT Manufacturing Technique of calcium chloride by granulation-drying in a fluidized bed

      1. Solid sphere particles of anhydrous calcium chloride or calcium chloride can be acquired directly after liquid calcium chloride through drying and granulation

      2. Principle of spray-granulation in a fluidized bed: the feed liquid with certain density become liquid drops of different sizes through different spraying atomization. Some liquid drops will adhere and infiltrate on the surface (coating) of bigger particles, some will cover on smaller ones, some will adhere to fine powder (agglutination), and some will become crystals.

      3. The system has high heat efficiency, and the proper process of heat recovery can reduce energy consumption by 30% compared with others.

      4. Without using high intensity vibrators, the fluidized bed granulator has characteristic of running stabilization, low operation and maintenance cost.

      5. The drying process has better operational stability, and quality of materials during drying is stable and uniform.

      Advantages of JCT Manufacturing Technique of compound fertilizer (N, P and K) with tower granulation

      High concentration urea (nitro-compound) fertilizer produced by means of tower melting rotary granules.  

      The technology is to make the urea flux (phosphorus potassium nitrate) spurt out from the tower top, then cooling, agglomerating, and granulating during falling inside the tower. Such a process, also known as “melt granulating method”, has the following advantages in comparison with common compound fertilizer production methods:

      1. Urea melt can be utilized directly, the spraying granulation process of urea melt has been omitted, so does the packaging, transit, and breaking of solid urea, which simplifies the production process greatly.

      2. Melt granulating method can make full use of the heat from melting urea without requiring heat provided by materials. It has very low moisture content, no need drying process, and energy consumption can be reduced dramatically.

      3.  A high percentage of particles in the production of qualified products, so the production process of nonconforming recycle less (little).

      4. The product is featured of smoothness, round and mellow, low moisture (water content is less than 1%), insusceptibility to caking, particles have high compressive strength (greater than 30N), and has strong market competition.

      5. It is a cleaning production process with good operation surroundings and without wastes. There is no "three wastes" emissions.

      6. It is cost-saving, as no drying system is required in the traditional compound fertilizer plant.

      Applications: sulfanilamide (industrial sulfanilamide), reactive dyes (para-ester591), tobias acid, paratoluensulfonyl chloride, detergent, plastics, pesticides, saccharin etc.

      Formula: SO3+HCL--→CLSO3H

      Process:

      Dried HCl gas (from SOP production line) and SO3 are used as materials. They’re put into the chlorosulfonic acid synthetic tower together. Chlorosulfonic acid shall be produced by synthetic reaction under specific temperature and pressure.
